  We are looking to hire an Infrastructure Project Manager to join the Global Cloud Infrastructure Services team.

  Global Cloud and Infrastructure Services (GCIS) team has set out to provide workload centric platforms that can be optimized for scale, resiliency, security, and developer efficiency while exceeding the needs of our clients. We strive to ensure that mission-critical applications are designed to provide high levels of availability, scalability, reliability, and flexibility. GCIS also establishes, manages, maintains, and evolves industrial strength technology platforms that can scale horizontally and vertically. Similar services are also provided to support all technology and applications that run and support the Broadridge businesses.

  As an Infrastructure Project Manager you will be responsible for project and program oversight to support the strategic initiatives within Global Cloud Infrastructure Services. This includes:Project Management of critical initiatives as well as large scale, multi platform, multi year projects, i.e. end of lifeGovernance and oversight for the Global Infrastructure Infrastructure Services project intake processCoordination and facilitation of Critical Project Status MeetingsEstablish and maintain a strong working relationship with IT Senior Leadership and Departmental Managers throughout the business areasClearly identify risks and issues, working with senior leaders in IT to mitigateCompile detailed metrics and status reports for senior leadership for decision makingParticipate in establishing and improving best practices, templates, policies, tools to expand and mature the capabilities of the organizationSupport for JIRA Service Desk toolProject status reporting Risk management of strategic initiativesTracking open issues and remediation to closureCommunication both internal and externalRequirements:

  Minimum 5 years of Technical Project Management experience supporting an infrastructure team

  Ability to manage large scale projects that cross multiple technical platforms

  Ability to drive momentum across the organization

  Knowledge/experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies

  Knowledge/experience of Compute, Storage, Network, Server, Cloud is needed

  Project Management certifications a plus

  Experience with Confluence and JIRA/JIRA Service Desk

  Experience with vendor/contract relationship management

  Excellent written and verbal skills
