Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support the broadcast production team in decommissioning and planning of equipment rooms. This project manager must be able to prioritize planning, supporting high volumes of data, create financial reports via spreadsheets, communicate with internal and external teams, and present to stakeholders. This project manager should have overseen a project end to end, and be able to take initiative and drive movement across multiple teams. This project manager should have experience with multi-million dollar budgets, and must be organized and precise when reviewing and creating financial budgets. This person will be on site in NYC 5X a week to support the needs of the projects.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* 5-7+ years of project management/maintenance planning experience with a general contractor or project management firm. Project Management certification preferred.

　　* 5 years of operations management/team leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

　　* Proficient of local/regional codes and ordinances, reading/interpreting construction documents and contracts

　　* Proven experience managing multiple projects and contractors at once including Tenant Improvement, Ground up and Technology projects in a fast-paced environment. * PMP certification
