JOB SUMMARYThe Information Technology Project Manager is responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions such as support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, and development of new technical solutions, coordinating with both in-house resources and our MSP partner. The IT Project Manager will balance IT-related needs with fiscal capacity of the agency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading projects but not limited to purchasing hardware, coordination with MSP on installation and upgrades as needed.In conjunction with MSP, oversee network security and privacy to include software licensing, backup systems, etc.Anticipate appropriate future network needs and identify proactive solutions.Responsible for IT-related hardware and software upgrades, maintenance/support agreements, etc.Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of Goodwill proprietary data and information.Responsible for planning and implementation of IT strategic plan and budget within financial limits of the agencyResponsible for communicating effectively with internal customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions and strategies.Responsible for compliance with IT policies and procedures.Responsible for compliance on all CARF related IT Standards.Effectively manage and develop IT staff.Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well being of employees, customers, and participants.Personally participate in ongoing professional growth, education and development as well as supporting others in their efforts to develop.Other duties as assignedINDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT and INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in the IT field, with expertise in programming and networking is preferred.Five (5) or more years of proven experience in Information Technology required or additional supervisory experience in lieu of experienceOne (1) years supervisory or lead experience required.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
