As an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) you will join the Classified Cyber Security Team supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs to ensure classified information systems meet cyber security requirements and government directives.
•Interpret the Defense Counterintelligence Security
Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process
Manual (DAAPM) in determining technical Information
Assurance (IA) requirements and ensure proper security implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
•Develop system documentation for information system
authorization, security management, and continuous
monitoring of both networked and standalone classified
systems.
•Perform system auditing, vulnerability risk assessments,
Assured File Transfers, hardware/software configuration
management, data integrity containments and
investigations on IA related security violations/incidents.
•Provide cybersecurity education and training for all
system users on appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
Possess DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification (i.e., Security+)
Prior ISSM/ISSO experience
Must Have Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Understanding of cybersecurity related tools to include, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and vulnerability scanners
Experience with the DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) and eMASS
Experience with Mission Planning and/or JMPS systems
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
