Our GCS group is looking for Security Admin professional to join the team and bring best practices to enhance the overall support both internally and externally.
Lead State Street's Global Cyber Security 24/7/365 Security Administration Services Help Desk. Provide internal Help Desk support for our global employee and client base.
HYBRID: This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for
As VP of GCS Security Admin Services you will
Manages Global Cyber Security (GCS) service team of approximately 60 information security administration help desk staff. Staff in US - Kansas City and Boston and Gdansk-Poland.Sets strategy and tactical priorities for Security Administration Help DeskEstablishes Team CultureOverseas training, development, scheduling, performance management for teamLeads and directs site managers and front line supervisory team.Overseas process workflows for complex identity management and administration support tasks within areas of expertise for several security environmentsEvaluates proposed security changes for risk and recommends compensating controlsProvides technical assistance within areas of expertiseInvestigates deviations of control procedures or violations of information security procedures and recommends corrective action.Responsible for execution of projects within the department or corporation which impact Help Desk support team.Assigns personnel to various operations and directs their activities.Accountable for all department performance results

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
