Influencer Marketing Coordinator, Sydney
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator supports the Coty Consumer Beauty team in nurturing relationships and executing dynamic partnerships with Influencers, the Media, Retailers and Event partners, and ensures our brands remain engaged on social channels - especially TikTok, Instagram and Youtube.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will provide support to the team in ensuring sales and EMV (Earned Media Value) are optimised and captured each month through varied marketing tactics from PR Mailers, to hosted Events, Paid Partnerships and Community Management.
Your TikTok obsessed, and have a finger on the pulse of who and what is trending or emerging. You have a love for beauty and connect with our brands' DNA, while also being excited to ideate & implement innovative ways of engaging our customers (especially Gen Zs).
Your main focus will include but not be limited to:
Influencers: Scouting new talent, building outreach lists, running talent reports, contributing to briefs, communicating with influencers, execution and tracking of supplied boosting budgets. Brainstorming new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns and assisting to create briefs that align with brand goals and product focuses. PR Mailers: Maintaining the stock room, collaborating on concepts, packing and sending, tracking coverage, community managing external feeds, reporting. Paid & Gifted Campaigns: working with external partners to execute, and ensure results and KPIs are achieved & reported. Content curation: Ensuring the library of assets (from global teams, UGC, Paid Partnerships, locally created etc) and publishing mandatories (e.g. timelines, tags) are filed and communicated to the Social Media Manager. Events: Supporting the execution of unforgettable brand activations and immersive experiences with content at the heart. Developing guest lists, co-ordinating logistics, bumping in & out, assisting and hosting, capturing content & disseminating it to guests/partners/brand & social teams. Relationships: Forging excellent industry relations with people that matter across print, online, social, events and agency.

Bachelor's Degree in PR/Communications/Marketing 1 to 2 years of PR/Social/Influencer Marketing experience, preferably in the Beauty/Fashion/Lifestyle industry Experience working with social calendar, scheduling and analytics tools and Facebook business manager and ads manager favourable. High level of communication and analytics skills Good project management skills and able manage internal/external stakeholders
