Your challenges:
Focus on Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), the lifecycle management of embedded software, that has a key role on products definition (Software Defined Products). ALM encompasses requirements management, software architecture, computer programming, software testing, software maintenance, change management, continuous integration, project management, and release management. ALM has a broader perspective than the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which is limited to the phases of software development such as requirements, design, coding, testing, configuration, project management, and change management. ALM continues after development until the application is no longer used and may span many SDLCs.
Work together with our clients to define methodologies to apply continuous delivery approach between Engineering and manufacturing departments.
Select the right tool to apply the defined methodology and work with SW vendors to require appropriate customizations.
Span between different industries like Automotive, Industrial, Consumer Appliance and Smart Home, Railway Aerospace & Defense, Silicon.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment in direct contact with client.
Your Skills

Course of study in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) disciplines;
General understanding of embedded protocols wired and networking;

Aptitude for numerical reasoning and problem solving;
Proactive approach and curiosity about all innovations in technology and business;
You speak and write fluently in English;
Strong soft skills and ability to work in team;
Solid understanding of DevOps processes (e.g., CI/CD pipelines) and tools/services (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, etc.);
Solid understanding of Version Control Systems (e.g., Git)
Solid understanding of Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.);
Solid understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) methodologies and tools, including Configuration Management and Requirements Engineering;
General understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management); general experience with integration of different PLM and ALM tools;
Experience with different Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure).
