Industry Portfolio Lead
As aIndustry Portfolio Leadyou are accountable for client success across the Portfolio and driving client sales, satisfaction, revenue, profitability and people leadership. The role will be supporting client relationships and account management. Your deep client group knowledge within theHealth industry, specifically in Public Health (NHSD, central bodies, Trusts, ICB's) and Private Health (providers), will help to bring the full breadth of Avanade's capabilities, especially Industry relevant skills and Advisory approaches. You will ensure sales, delivery excellence and build up Industry capabilities & architecture skills.
Day-to-day you will:
Use knowledge of the industry portfolio to develop and execute effective market strategies that support business objectives and goals.
Deliver revenue growth and market penetration focused on both Direct and Indirect
Drive productivity, increasing pipeline quality, win rates, aggregate business development efficiency and yield with Client Sales Lead.
Work with Accenture and Microsoft portfolio leads, account leads, and technology leads to define areas, strategies, and resource allocations for deal growth in both channels.
Grow accounts through portfolio segmentation, increasing the number and size of MVC and Growth accounts.
Act on Voice of Client feedback and foster an exceptional client experience Market Strategy
Leverage knowledge of the industry portfolio to develop and implement an effective market strategy in support of business objectives and targets
Target optimum clients in support of business strategy supported by high-quality account plans, integrating offerings, assets, and direct sales
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to ensure clients can access the full breadth of Avanade's GTM practices -Operational Performance and Delivery Excellence
Partner with Business Group leadership to drive revenue diversity of GTM (Technology, Advisory & Experiences)
Contribute to broader Client Groups / industry expertise globally Responsible for sales and revenue forecast People Leadership
Engage and develop high performing people
Oversee, mentor, develop and manage career and performance of people
Model and embed Avanade's culture and values
Your Experience:
Experience (10+ years) in proposing optimal system integration by assembling various IT solutions to customer issues
Experience (10+ years) in proposing IT solutions within the UK public and private Health sector
Experience in building relationships with stakeholders including CxOs
Sales, consulting or delivery experience based on in-depth knowledge of the assigned industry portfolio
Professional Experience:
This role requires management experience and demonstration of a breadth of knowledge, skills and experience in areas including:
Relationship Management: proven ability to establish, maintain and manage strong working relationships with staff, partners, suppliers and senior customer personnel
People Management: experience of building teams and developing and mentoring individuals against their career goals. Demonstrable capability to motivate individuals and drive high performance teams
Team Management: experience in leading managed services teams in the delivery of Infrastructure and/or Application Managed Services
Contract & Financial Management: experience of managing the delivery of IT services against a contract and budget (including forecasting)
Communication: demonstrates a structured and considered approach to written and oral communication
Negotiation: willing and able to articulate a reasoned argument on potentially complex issues
* Risk & Issue Management: experience of assessing and managing IT Service delivery risks and issues. Work with Client Success Managers to assess and manage delivery related risks and issues and bring it to leadership notice.
