Minimum qualifications:
Experience working in an online sales, digital transformation, and marketing capacity.
Experience in building relationships within the media and advertising sectors.
Direct client-facing experience. Ability to speak and write in English and Norwegian fluently.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in business development and customer relationships.
Experience driving results with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
Ability to mentor account managers to drive performance.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders at various levels. Strategic capabilities and transformational impact with clients. Excellent influencing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
