  As an Analyst Relations Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategy for engaging with industry analysts. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with analysts, influencing their perceptions, and advocating for ServiceNow across key analyst firms. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, communication skills, and an understanding of the technology landscape.

  What you get to do in this role:

  Relationship Cultivation: Establish and maintain strong rapport with influential analysts covering automation, low code, and digital transformation spaces.

  Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to devise and implement a comprehensive analyst relations strategy aligned with business objectives for Creator Workflows/ Automation Engine.

  Analyst Engagement: Facilitate briefings, inquiries, and engagements between senior executives and prominent analysts. Prepare executives with comprehensive briefing materials, key talking points, and impactful presentations.

  Intellectual Asset Management: Curate and manage a repository of analyst reports, insights, and competitive intelligence. Analyze and disseminate relevant insights internally to guide product messaging and strategy.

  Advocacy and Impact: Champion ServiceNow within the analyst community, aiming to positively influence market perception, positioning, and competitive standing. Ensure accurate and favorable representation of ServiceNow in analyst evaluations and reports. Develop strategies for continuous improvement in competitive analyst reports and general research notes.

  Event Coordination: Collaborate in planning and executing analyst-related events, including briefings, summits, webinars and analyst conferences.

  Insights and Feedback: Gather, synthesize, and communicate feedback from analysts to internal teams, providing valuable market trends, competitive landscape insights, and actionable improvement areas.

  Qualifications

  To be successful in this role you have:Experience running and executing high profile analyst relations or similar programs, with a track record of success and positive feedback from analysts.Positive history of successfully interfacing with executives and influencers - both internal and external3-5+ years of experience as an entrepreneurial, strategic communicator with a background and proven success in developing high-impact relationships with analysts and other industry influencers. A team player that collaborates as standard practice and operates successfully with global and virtual working teamsHigh energy, "can do" personality and ability to thrive in a growth environmentProven experience blending high-level critical thinking with more tactical operational activitiesGreat project management skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams of varying sizes in a fast-paced and fluid environmentStrong bias towards action with the ability to make decisions quickly amidst multiple stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communicationsExcellent reporting capabilities with an operations mind-setFD21

  For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $111,960 - $195,840, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
