　　In March 2021, Eaton announced the acquisition of Green Motion SA, expanding electric vehicle capabilities. Based in Switzerland, Green Motion SA is a renowned and rapidly growing international company that has been pioneering the design and production of charging systems for electric vehicles since 2009. It manufactures charging stations, designs management software for charging networks, operates charging stations and serves as an electric mobility service provider. Green Motion creates breakthrough technologies, including charging stations for electric planes and onboard chargers for the automobile industry.

　　To strengthen our team we are looking for an Industrialization Project Manager

　　Job profile:

　　As an Industrialization Project Manager, you will lead manufacturing and industrialization activities for new product introduction (NPI) projects at all stages, from prototyping to final stage. Through active participation in design review, you will ensure that suggested design made by engineering optimizes the production process in terms of assembly process, cycle time, reliability and serviceability. You will define product assembly, programming, and testing procedures, and will specify the automatic production test bench requirements. Moreover, you will drive continuous improvement strategy within the manufacturing processes.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　• Lead manufacturing new product introduction activities

　　• Provide technical solution to improve processes and products: reliability, capacity, safety, hygiene, maintenance cost etc...

　　• Support product packaging definition

　　• Lead manufacturing documentation readiness by applying ELSS and Pro Launch tools requirements

　　• Define manufacturing team members competencies requirements for the production site

　　• Define product assembly, programing, and testing procedures

　　• Specify automatic production test bench requirements

　　• Define automatic product test equipment needs following the products control plan and production requirements

　　• Deploy manufacturing processes on production site

　　• Audits production plant to ensure process deployment and manufacturing site capacity

　　We would like you to have:

　　• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar

　　• Experience in a similar position close to production and new product development

　　• Create project documents and road maps

　　• Knowledge of industrial production processes (molding / stamping / electronic)

　　• Industrial drafting knowledge (2D and 3D)

　　• Business travel 25%
