Description: This position will act as a Program Security Rep (PSR) for the Lockheed Martin, 9B5E3 cage code operating out of the Enterprise Operations location in Littleton, CO. The chosen candidate will support the DarkStar Program and business modernization efforts to drive speed across programs utilizing the Enterprise Wide Area Network (eWAN), and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidance as defined in the 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NSIPOM), DoD Manuals, Lockheed Martin Policies, etc.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support and audit security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and Sensitive Information
• Perform in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DoD collateral classified programs
• Prepare implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken
• Process clearances and customer visits and provide support for classified meetings
• Work within DISS and NISS Government databases
• Receipt/dispatch of classified material
• Participation in security self-inspections
• Conduct Special Briefings (CNWDI, RD/FRD, FGI, etc)
• Employee Out-processing
• Develop and conduct security education briefings
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports
• Processes clearances and customer visits and provide support for classified meetings
• Assist leadership in gathering data for Corporate initiatives
WORK LOCATION FOR THIS POSITION IS AT A U.S. BASED LOCKHEED MARTIN FACILITY IN LITTLETON, CO
Basic Qualifications:
• Active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
• Familiarization with DISS and NISS Government databases
• Experience administering physical security, personnel security, information security, and operations security requirements
• Experience supporting investigations
• Have knowledge of the NISPOM and DoD policies/manuals
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $64,400 - $123,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
