　　The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking an Industrial Security Manager (Level K) to join our dynamic team in either Huntington Beach, CA; El Segundo, CA.

　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Manages employees performing activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation security controls. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

　　This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

　　Shift:

　　This position is for 1st shift

　　Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:

　　This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

　　Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

　　3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change.5+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and SCI

　　Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience3+ years of Project Management experience3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers

　　Relocation:

　　Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

　　Travel:

　　Position may require travel up to 50% of the time, working between Huntington Beach, CA and El Segundo, CA.

　　Pay range: $111,350 - $150,650
