Job Description Summary
This position will primarily work virtually, with some travel to plant sites. Will be responsible for supporting the client project and maintenance managers in development of equipment maintenance strategies, work plans, bill of materials, and spares inventory within the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
"Safety First" expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, adherence to all company / site safety guidelines and procedures while at field locations.
Work with Microsoft Office Suite applications and SAP CMMS
Review equipment specifications, vendor manuals, PandIDs and engineering information from project/maintenance manager.

```- Review business unit files for like assets, spares, PMs, PdMs and work plans.

```- Develop Bill of Materials (BOM), Equipment Maintenance Strategies (EMS) and work procedures in the SAP CMMS.

```- Populate reports on progress of equipment BOMs, EMS and CMMS documentation, by asset class and specific assets as required.

```- Develop Proactive (PM) and Predictive (PdM) work procedures using the EMS and OEM manuals for fixed and rotating assets as required.

```- Coordinate preferred vendors and equipment vendors to build out recommended spares inventory by asset.

```- Provide project manager with final SAP CMMS recommendations and enter as requested.

```- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Performs other related duties as required or requested.Competencies:

Interact with customer and client personnel to identify customer/client expectations.
Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.
What Makes Me Qualified?
Education: Minimum qualification: possess a high school degree or an approved GED. An advanced degree in Business Management is preferred, but not required.
Experience: 3-5 years' experience with industrial equipment maintenance planning and SAP CMMS. 5 years' experience in industrial setting for projects and safety
Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient in SAP CMMS required.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%

While performing the duties of this job at a plant site location, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee may occasionally be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the plant is usually very loud.
