Industrial Electrician – Level 3

As an Industrial Electrician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems in our industrial facilities. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and systems, as well as troubleshooting electrical issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. This role will involve approximately 80% focus on long-term projects and 20% day-to-day.

In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of our electrical systems, ensuring that they meet the highest safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to support the production process and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential electrical issues before they cause disruptions.

• Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician.

WE VALUE

• Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.

• Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
