The Future of Work team isseekingan experienced and innovative Product Managerwith anentrepreneurial mindsetwho willidentifyand incubate new hardware and services business opportunities to drive Solutions growth. The ideal candidate willdemonstratemaster-level knowledge of business and technology trends,possessa blend of tactical and strategic abilities, and excel as an effective communicator. This person will bring a customer obsessed mindset, and experience building and deploying compelling and differentiated customer solutions, ideally with start-up experience. They will be comfortableworking with andinfluencinglarge, cross-function teams that defy the status quo.
Key Responsibilities :
Define and articulate a clear solution vision aligned with the company's overall strategic goals, staying up to date with industry trends and customer needs to continuously enhance the product roadmap.
Utilize strong business acumen to connect initiatives to businessobjectivesand develop well-defined business models fornew solutions.
Drives hardware, software, servicesstrategy to support HP’s Solution growth
Works across the organization todrivethe required solutionexperience definition and requirements
Determinesrequirements, resources and investmentrequiredto execute
Builds business cases and business models with clear understanding of competitive landscape and future trends.
Influences cross-organization and with key stakeholders to gain support for investment and execution plans.
Determines needs across the value chain in conjunction with the services organization, including GTM and services delivery requirements.
Close partnership with customers, channel partners, and analysts to help define strategy. Oversees significant research and analysis efforts and develops new tools and processes to evaluate strategicobjectives.
Drives business transformation plans and ROI metrics. Analyzes data to gain insights into user behavior and product usage, using this information to guide future improvements.
Act as the voice of the customer within the company, communicating customer feedback, needs, and pains throughout the organization.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills :
Proven experience (10+ years) todemonstratemastery of Product Management skills
MBA,Master's Degreepreferred
Demonstratable experiencecreatinginnovative, differentiatedproducts or experiences; Services experience a plus
Experience driven design, use case development, and customer journey mapping experience
Creative thinking for new opportunity identification
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with thecapacityto engage effectively with diverse teams and articulate ideas at the executive level.
Highly developed negotiation & influencing skills
High knowledge of IT hardware and services industry
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations andaccomplishgoals under pressure situations. Strong skills in exercising independent judgment.
Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen.
Flexibility, adaptability, comfortable dealing with changing priorities or direction
Start-upand/or managementconsulting experience a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is 123,950.00 - 179,760.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
