Overview
As the Incident Response - Technical vendor Governance - Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for implementing and driving on a day-to-day basis the formal regional governance and delivery of the Infrastructure Operations services provided by DXC, IBM, Netapp & ATOS. You will manage the key stakeholder relationships in the region including, but not limited to, local Chief Technology Officer (CTO) management, Chief Investment Officers (CIO), Deutsche Bank Businesses, Chief Security Office (CSO), Audit etc. You will also directly manage issue escalations and drive agreed service improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do
Organize and lead the formal monthly Run governance functions in the region, as well as organize and chair regular interlock and governance meetings with stakeholders, prepare and document meetings, track progress and issue resolution
Interact with Vendor counterparts to agree service measurements, successes, and areas for improvement
Identify and drive several regional and global service improvement programs
Build and manage high quality relationships with all internal stakeholder groups and with Vendor regional delivery and management functions, as well as build regional teams' capability and expertise to execute and support production / run functions
Provide management ownership / escalation for all complex and high-severity incidents and stakeholder issues
Work as part of the Global Deutsche Bank governance function to define and implement global standard processes and approaches, while managing regional and, where requested, global Audit and Regulatory requests and issues
Skills You'll Need
Experience in Information Technology (IT) in large corporate environments, specifically in the area of controlled production environments preferably within Financial Services Technology in a client-facing function, managing relationships across multiple disciplines and time zones and managing external service delivery vendors / partners
Basic knowledge in financial markets with the ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues logically and methodically in an enterprise environment
IT Service Management / Production Support experience combined with problem solving skills within a global support context
Proficiency in the support and management of virtual tape libraries
Expertise in supporting IBM P Series enterprise infrastructure and supporting Enterprise Class Wintel servers
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or IT-related discipline (or equivalent work experience or diploma), ITIL Foundation Certification or Higher - Mandatory; COBIT Foundation - preferred
Excellent written and personal communication skills. Fluent English speaker. German a definite positive
ITIL experience / best service practice within a real time distributed environment is desirable
Excellent team player with ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix structures
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $110,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
