About this role:
Wells Fargo's Consumer Operations Resiliency is seeking several Incident Management Senior Business Execution Consultants to join the Consumer Operations Incident Management (COIM) team to help manage the end-to-end process for identifying and resolving incidents across Consumer Operations. The position will report to the Consumer Operations Incident Management (COIM) Leader.
Consumer Operations Incident Management (COIM) is a centralized, 24x7x365 team responsible for real-time monitoring, coordination, communications, and leading incident response planning and execution for Consumer Operations and Enterprise level incidents that have or are expected to negatively impact Consumer Operations' business functions, technology, facilities, customers, employees, and/or 3rd Parties. Incidents include but are not limited to the following types of events: Wells Fargo technology, facilities, weather/natural disasters, third-party vendors, global/geopolitical, US/State governments, financial services industry, and cyber.
Consumer Operations is a global team of nearly 37,000 employees and is responsible for the critical operational functions (call centers and back-office) that underpin Wells Fargo's consumer products including Consumer & Small Business Banking, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and Home Loans. In this role, you will:
Actively identify and assess emerging incidents and communicate risk and response activities in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Research complex incidents that require analytical skills, knowledge of organizational strategy and business execution, and an understanding of Consumer & Small Business Banking, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and/or Home Loans businesses, customers, products, services, processes and/or applications and systems.
Acts as an advocate and liaison for Consumer Operations by effectively partnering with Consumer Operations, Technology, Line of Business (CSBB, CMS/PL, Auto, HL), Technology Major Incident Management (TMIM), and Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) leaders and SMEs to drive incident ownership and resolution.
Work independently to resolve incidents and gather and analyze data to help drive clear communications and resolution.
Ensure efficiency, quality and pipeline management relating to assigned incidents.
Represents Consumer Operations in Enterprise BCP Activities.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in operations, resiliency, and/or operational risk management.
Experience participating in incident management activities.
Knowledge and experience with Consumer & Small Business Banking, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and/or Home Loans businesses, customers, products, services, processes and/or applications and systems.
Ability to work effectively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a matrixed and dynamic team environment, across all organizational levels with flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders, and creating concise communications to senior leaders.
Ability to analyze metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verbally.
Advanced organizational skills with high diligence and accuracy.
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems.
Ability to interact with integrity and an elevated level of professionalism across all organizational levels.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) including data visualization and pivot tables skills.
Job Expectations:
Candidate must be based out of posted location and will be required to work in the office 3 days per week.
This position will require on-call, after hours, weekends, and holiday work as needed.
