The Role
The Inbound Mailroom Associate will prepare mail for scanning, convert paper mail to electronic images via a high-speed scanner, validate scanned images, and file/store scanned mail.

Annual company bonus of up to 7% based on performance.

Sorting Mail by client PO BoxOpens and prepares mail for scanningOperate high speed scanner Validate images before uploading to bill review system.Troubleshooting machine issuesOther duties as assigned
Requirements:
A minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent is required.Ability to work independently is required.Ability to maintain TAT (Turn around Time) is required.Schedule Flexibility to work rotating late nights Mondays and every other Saturday. Detail oriented and the ability to multitask is required.Flexible and team orientated is required,Knowledge of computer programs is required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs,Repetitive manual tasks.
