Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Manager (Level K) to join our In-Service Supplier Performance team in Seattle, Washington or Everett , Washington.
This position leads/oversees a team of Procurement Agents in managing overall supplier performance in support of the Suppliers, Boeing Programs and our Airline Customers.

This role requires partnership with Leaders across the enterprise and an active member of the BCA (Boeing Commercial Airplane) Supply Chain team. This position will discover new opportunities and solutions for business problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes, and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities:
Provides direction and management of supplier performance expectations, developing supplier strategies and holding suppliers accountable to contractual requirements plus additional duties as assigned.
Provides leadership in initiation and execution of supplier recoveries and improvement activities.
Build and develop an empowered team through coaching and mentoring, and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities.
Inspire a culture that creates an environment where diverse, high-performing, proactive and engaged team members can excel and flourish.
Champion a culture of communication that conveys organizational messages to facilitate the accomplishment of workgroup, project or process goals.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
5+ years of experience within Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
5+ years of experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors
5+ years of people management experience, to include responsibility for performance management and career development of direct reports
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience leading or managing teams and projects
Bachelor's degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $123,671- $151,153
