Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical link between customer project teams and internal Development Team resourcesDocument customer requirements and translate them into internal systems and operationsIdentify system gaps and necessary enhancements to meet customer expectationsConvey technical requirements for B2B communication and offer informal guidance to new team membersExecute the Process Transformation Methodology, including documenting customer expectations, capturing current processes, and leading future-state solution designsDevelop testing plans, SOPs, and training materials, conduct training sessions, and facilitate collaboration within the project teamCoordinate with the Project Manager, oversee project resources' progress, and contribute to tool and methodology developmentAssist in managing helpdesk tickets, transfer knowledge to customer teams, and provide support during Go-live and to the Business Development Team while ensuring SOC process complianceDrive quality in work, adhere to guidelines and policies, and lead project meetings with internal and external teamsPerform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country-specific requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of technical project management experiencePrevious experience working with customers, vendors, or carriersPrevious experience with TMS softwareFlexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required)Up to 20% travel may be required (domestic and/or international)
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic facilitation skills, including but not limited to relationship management, presentation, discussion, documentation, and accountabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver presentations for internal and external audiences at all levelsAbility to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts internally and externally at all levelsUnderstanding of key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish your workProblem-solving and analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedentsExplaining complex information to others in straightforward situationsValuing a diverse and inclusive work environment
Compensation Range
$65,300.00 - $135,600.00
