About the Role
As an Implementation Lead/ Specialist, you'll work efficiently and effectively with our high-growth customers and be responsible for the successful and flawless launch of our customers who are embracing the platform. You'll support our Mid Market Sales Team to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and second-to-none customer experience.
Your Impact in Role:
Work closely with Mid Market Sales Team and U4B clients to deliver impactful onboarding experience and meaningful launchesAchieve key implementation metrics, including Linkage, Active User, and Gross BookingProactively manage a solid launch pipeline with crispy prioritization methodologyDeeply understand U4B's value-propositions toward the varying pain points of clients.Ability to conduct effective onboarding sessions to unleash full adoption of U4B solutionBuild, customize and conduct various training/ onboarding templates to best fit customer's internal communication preferences and the best practice of efficiency.Set up the launch targets and mobilize the collaborations with various customers from diversified industries, and leverage resources from cross functional teams to support.Conduct data-driven analysis to provide clients with actionable insights, and strategically push forward the ramping progress.
The Experience You'll Bring:
3+ years of B2B account management and customer success/ onboarding experienceTrack record of excelling in prioritization, multi-tasking, and stakeholder managementCustomer-centric to , detail-minded and can-do attitude to support customer successStrong listening, communication, and organization skillsBe able to thrive in a fast dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
