About the role
We are looking for a talented MOM / MES Implementation consultant to contribute to the further development of our solution, product, technical and infrastructure practice within our Turkish Professional services Team. You will work on global implementations, primarily within Turkey, but also across the wider central and Eastern European region.
This position can be based anywhere in Turkey, working remotely but visiting our customer sites when required, approximately 25% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Delivery:Understand our customer's business goals, objectives, needs and business environmentWork with Solution or Product Architect to support architecture related tasksProvide support for estimation of time frames, work package breakdown and capability definitions required to successfully implement the projectDevelop test strategies/plans and perform testing activities, report results and resolve issuesPerform data migration activities for legacy data and systemsAssist with installation and configuration tasks as well as with development and delivery of interfaces to other systems as required by the solution designSupport knowledge transfer towards the customer (delivery of training courses, user guides etc.) to facilitate staff development and growth with implementation tasks and MOM / MES technologyProvide specialist technical support for usage, operation and adoption of the deployed solution
Qualifications:
A deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) concepts, with a focus on their application within the Electric Vehicle / Automobile industry.Knowledge of the specific manufacturing processes and workflows in the EV / Automobile sector, including battery assembly, powertrain manufacturing, and vehicle assembly.Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems used in the automation of manufacturing processes.Skills in working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) for data storage and retrieval, as well as knowledge of data modeling and database design.Experience with middleware technologies, messaging queues (e.g., MQTT, MsMQ), RESTful APIs, and integration platforms to connect MES/MOM systems with other enterprise applications.Proficiency in data analytics tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI) for analyzing manufacturing data and generating actionable insights.Experience in integrating MES/MOM systems with supply chain and logistics systems (e.g., SAP) to ensure efficient production and inventory management.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, understanding client requirements, and presenting solutions effectively.The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise during MES/MOM system implementation and operation.A commitment to staying updated on evolving technology trends and industry best practices in MES/MOM solutions, especially as they pertain to the EV/Automobile sector.
