Create & maintain a standard project plan & schedule to include equipment lead times, equipment-specific infrastructure, equipment receiving, equipment installation and equipment / process commissioning. Be go-to person for all aspects of production facility commissioning and set up the continuous improvement strategy. Coordinate resource availability between internal functions, external suppliers, sub-contractors, and project related partners. Establish relationships with original equipment manufacturers, systems integrators, facility infrastructure equipment suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure seamless activity integration. Drive the development and adoption of new and improved project management standard operating procedures with technical integration. Continuously evaluates value engineering and Kaizen opportunities and manages project risks/roadblocks through successful mitigation. Travel up to 70% nationally.
Need Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Need 3 yrs. exp. as Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager or related. Need 3 yrs. exp. with the following: Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) or Project Management DMAIC methodology; MS Outlook Projects or Smartsheet, Minitab, Visio, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Adobe; Negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors; Design of Experiments (DOE), Process Capability study, Measurement System Analysis, ANOVA, PFMEA and Control Plan; Working on APQP or EV/DV and PV; Factory Acceptance Testing/Site Acceptance Testing; and Setting up and qualifying new production facility. Need at least a year of experience with Offsite construction manufacturing (Wall or Roof Truss Lines) and factory simulation model (Visual Components or Simio).
