What PepsiCo Enterprise Data Operations does:
Maintain a predictable, transparent, global operating rhythm that ensures always-on access to high-quality data for stakeholders across the company.Responsible for day-to-day data collection, transportation, maintenance/curation, and access to the PepsiCo corporate data asset Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to centralize data and standardize it for use by business, data science or other stakeholders.Act as a capability / enabling function across the business for day-to-day needs and innovation.Increase awareness about available data and democratize access to it across the company.
As a Scrum Master of IBP PBNA Data team, you will play a key role synchronizing activities inside the Data Delivery teams. You will be responsible for managing team capacity, coordinating data delivery and handoffs between Data Stewards, Data Modelers, Data Engineers, and Testers. To do this you will oversee the planning and release of IBP PBNA Implementation through the entire product development lifecycle. You will manage project plans across teams, inform the service roadmap and establish Agile ways-of-working for the Data teams. You will build relationships within the team and across the program to make sure the right contacts are identified for the right projects and are connected to the appropriate leaders within the implementation teams. You will also be responsible for record-keeping and tracking operating metrics and KPIs for the data delivery

Proven success in initiating, promoting, and maintaining strong interpersonal relationsCollaborate with internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectivesEnsure that IBP PBNA Implementation is proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standardsProvide status reporting regarding implementation milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, being communicating across leadershipLeads, trains, and coaches the data delivery teams on Agile disciplines and methodologiesCoaches the data delivery team members in self-management and cross-functionalityRemoves barriers between stakeholders and data delivery teamsAbility to align multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
+ years project management or consulting experienceEnthusiastic about solving complex business problems that influence reliability and performanceExperience managing projects distributed across teamsPMP and SAFe certifications BA or BS required
Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:
Strong leadership skills to deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication; comfortable managing trade-offsStrong interpersonal skills: ability to work closely with people at different levels of the organizationStrong analytical, consultative and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, people management experienceProficiency with project management disciplines (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall etc.)Process driven personality, with ability to pay close attention to detailsTechnical background and understanding of technical product integrations Proactively drives impact and engagement while bringing others alongProficiency with project management software/toolsStrong negotiation and decision-making skill Certifications: PMP, SAFe 5.0, CSMOverall ERP system experience a plus (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
