  Are you an experienced Channel Sales Manager or Channel Sales Specialist in need of a new challenge?

  If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our EMEA Sales team as one of our Channel Sales Managers focusing on managing our Indirect Sales partners across Spain and Italy. This is a newly created role because of the outstanding growth we've seen across previous years and this role will help support and manage that continued growth in these regions.

  As one of our SketchUp Channel Sales Managers, you will join a high performing team of Channel Sales professionals where you will take the lead on managing our third-party seller network to ensure that SketchUp continues to be one of the leading 3D Design software.

  You must be comfortable building excellent relationships with our reseller network in your assigned countries and ensure that they are aligned to our sales strategy and business values. You will use your sales and communication skills to work with and inspire our resellers to be the best advocates for our SketchUp products.

  What This Role Is:

  This is a complex role where you will work collaboratively with colleagues in the internal Sales Channel team, internal stakeholders in other departments as well as your external channel partners. You must have the capacity to prioritise your work and relationships to best effect. As well as having excellent channel sales knowledge you must be data driven and have the ability to analyse complex sales data to ensure that the sales pipeline is resilient enough to support the European sales strategy. And if not you must be proactive in developing additional channels as necessary.

  What You Will Do:Support strategic planning within a fast-paced and dynamic partner ecosystemAcquire, retain and manage resellers and optimize their performanceGenerate revenue forecasts and determine reseller quotasAudit reseller capability and apply custom approaches to achieve your goalsMeasure reseller performance and implement incentive frameworks to improve itWork with partners to produce business and marketing plansWork closely with partner marketing teams to support demand-generation activitiesIncrease focus on account management to expand within mid-sized companiesCollaborate with Trimble teams to deliver localized assets for growth and retentionWhat Skills & Experience You Should Bring:3+ years of channel sales managementUnderstanding of local marketing needsSales experience, including high-value account managementStrong negotiations skillsExperience with SaaS salesEnglish language skills is requiredSpanish or Italian language skills are advantageousKnowledge of current reseller channels in the AEC market is favorableSalary & Benefits:Competitive salary that is dependent upon your experience and location but will be market leadingCommission plan in line with your experienceIncome Protection ArrangementsCompany Pension SchemeAnnual Leave in line with country standardsLife AssuranceAccess to our Employee Share SchemeAbout Your Location:

  Because of the territory that you will be responsible for this role can be worked remotely from Spain or Italy. There may be some business travel to meet business needs.
