Role Overview:
As the IA Contact Center Lead, you will lead the development of Sales strategies, solution proposal and deal closing. You will manage Identification and generation of sales opportunities and the cultivation of pipeline growth.
• Lead Customer contact though (customer care/ collections, service to sales, and marketing) to the generic technologies mentioned
• Direct experience of complex multi-tower transformation projects including pre sales, solution design, execution and downstream revenue monetization
• Experience and thought leadership in emerging areas of technologies including conversational AI and Gen AI
Capability across Intelligent Automation technologies - RPA, AI, MLLead Growth of Region through targeted client portfolio management resulting in meeting or exceed revenue and bookings targetsManage and lead the Regional Marketing and PR programs and events to increase revenue opportunities and increase Capgemini's IA brand equity through blogs, tradeshows, and social platforms, CxO Breakfasts, and other Pre-sales opportunitiesBuild and manage a sales team to drive new business development, account management, and customer alliancesDevelop and maintain strategic partnerships with IPA technology partners, system integrators, and other industry players to expand the company's market reachProvide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in IPA, AI &ML to internal teams, partners, and customers.Continuously analyze market and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth.Collaborate with NA GTM cluster leads and Practices to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies that drive demand for IPA solutions through targeted campaigns, events, and community engagementOriginating and qualifying leads via cold-calling, networking, Social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with VP & C-Suite level executives within targeted markets and sectorsResponsible for the overall P&L for the portfolio of accounts - Revenue, Booking and Contribution marginQualify major opportunities to be further pursued, drive consistency between Sales strategy (value messages, relationship approach, competitive differentiation) and content work managed by bid team (solution design, pricing and costing, delivery of proposal, planned project management)Develop and qualify leads into pursuits and close pursuitsLeverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositionsLead teams in development of project proposals, employ data gathering techniques and analysis to present proposed solutions to clientsMake significant contributions to the local team and the company sales cultureManage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing processDevelop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
