BGS cares for each employees'well-being by offering a comprehensive benefit package and providing a cultureof exciting work, excellence, and fun.If you align with BGS' company values and culture, we would love for youto explore opportunities to join our growing team by checking out the jobdescription below!This position supports the Department of Energy's Office of EnergyEfficiency and Renewable Energy in program logistics and project managementactivities including, but not limited to, deliverables management,Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs), Merit Reviews, PeerReviews, and project oversight of grants and cooperative agreements.Position will specifically support the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technologies Office(HFTO) and involves day to day interactions with internal parties such aslegal, contracting, NEPA, and communications, as well as externalcommunication with project recipients in academia, private industry, andNationIdeal candidate will have excellent communication, organization, andanalytical skills; project management experience; and interest inhydrogen, fuel cells, and related technologies.Responsibilities include:Programmatic planning and logistic support requiring attention to detail andthe ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.Coordination and logistics of competitive solicitations, lab calls, andmerit reviews/reviewers.Preparation of award packages.Assistance in project management, performance monitoring, documentation,and progress assessment for HFTO funded projects.Data analysis, and development of briefing materials and presentations.General support of the Technology Acceleration subprogram and varioustechnical team and external meetings, including meeting coordination,creating agendas, taking minutes, and working with presenters.Technical writing and editing of FOA topics, Annual Merit Review report,and other documents as needed.PowerPoint support for various presentations, workshops, etc.Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (project management, sustainableenergy, earth science, energy management, or other related discipline).3+ years of experience.Professional attitude.Strong attention to detail.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.Self-starter, an ability to work both independently and as part of a highlydynamic collaborative team.Ability to balance multiple long and short-term projects and competingpriorities.Strong writing and technical editing background.Preferred Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working within EERE Programs.Familiarity and/or working knowledge of fuel cell technologies.Experience in gran management.PMP certification.Benefits:Boston Government Services offers a competitive total compensation package.Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PaidVacation, 401K, Long and Short-Term Disability.Starting compensation for this role typically salary ranges between$75,000 and $100,000 annually is commensurate with experience relativeto the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.EEO:Boston Government Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Actionemployer.
