The Market Development Administrator markets the VilliageHealth program to new clients as well as provides account management for existing clients. The position markets the program to physicians, other providers, and Health Plans and presents educational materials to support the program. In addition, the role monitors program performance, maintaining ongoing communication of performance as appropriate.
*Must be able to travel to support LA and Ventura, CA
Essential Responsibilities:
Provider Relationship ManagementMaintains all relationships with providers including issues regarding payments, operation concerns and clinical outcomesIdentifies and monitors provider clinical issues and concerns, recommends solutions, and works with team to resolve issues.Provider Marketing
Markets the VilliageHealth program to region nephrologists and primary care physicians; creates and makes presentations as necessaryDevelops marketing and educational materials to support VilliageHealth programManages provider sections of VilliageHealth websiteConducts onsite provider education forums, orientations, and provider servicing visits to ensure providers know and understand VilliageHalth benefitsOrganizes events as necessary within region for providersDevelops a marketing plan for dialysis centers executing and operationalizing that strategy, prioritizing activities, and coordinating with our health plan partners to grow membershipPayment/ClaimsPartners with MediCal to ensure payment of cost-sharing for dual-eligible patientsResponds to provider concerns about payment and billing, and works with different health plan partners to resolve these concernsClinical/Performance MonitoringAdministers contracts with providers, including tracking of quality goalsWorks with Analytics and IT to create reporting on pay-for-performance and targets; reviews progress with physicians monthlyProvides updates to physicians and dialysis facilities on the aggregate clinical and enrollment performance of VilliageHealth to maintain their engagement with the programWorks with nephrologists to develop new communications strategies and clinical initiatives to drive improved patient outcomesOther duties and responsibilities as assignedLocal travel required: up to 75% - 4 days a weekMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeGeneral knowledge of medical claimsExperience with client relations, physician relations, and/or marketingHealthcare experience required; previous experience with a Health Plan preferredDaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) is an the integrated care division of DaVita Inc. working on DaVita's vision to provide integrated care to all ESRD patients, who are some of the most medically complex and vulnerable patient populations in the US. Salary/ Wage Range
$68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
