The role of the Human Resources Administrative Intern is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Country Leader and HR team, including (but not limited to) invoice processing, general administrative (correspondence, event planning and organizing, health & safety support) and office support (ordering of supplies, new joiners support, coordination with landlord).
Responsibilities:
Invoice management - Manage invoices for all German sites (scanning, processing, filing as per local legislation) Manage purchase orders requisitions into Garrett systems (Coupa) Liaise with procurement and Accounts Payable, support with vendor onboarding & questions Ensure payments are processed on time.
Administrative Tasks - Provide administrative support to the site leader & local HR team, depending on workload and capabilities. Order office supplies Support with new joiners onboarding (badge, offices space allocation) Support with HSE activities Ad-hoc administrative support to the 3 German sites
You need:
Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources preferred but not mandatory
