PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COACH
This role supports the professional growth and development of a cohort of junior consultants to develop the mindsets and skillsets to thrive in their role today and become purposeful, inspiring leaders of tomorrow.
This role combines coaching with other key 'people' functions (e.g., learning and development, onboarding, engagement) to support ZS employees and key business outcomes.
This position is located out of our New York office.
Role Responsibilities
Coaching: Facilitating career growth of junior consultants through group and 1:1 coaching. Must be able to manage large cohort sizes efficiently Creating and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business results: Collaborating with business and HR leaders to proactively plan for - or address - coachee or organizational needs (either via coaching or in partnership with the applicable function e.g., learning, onboarding, engagement)Supporting overall talent development and learning: Developing content for - and / or delivering - learning offerings to enhance the growth and development of junior consultants Supporting new joiner onboarding and integration: Supporting initiatives that enable a smooth joiner experience for new junior consultants
Qualifications
Background:
Bachelor's degree ~3+ years career, professional development and/or performance coaching experienceICF Certification (ACC/PCC/MCC)~8+ years of relevant work experience
