The Human Resources Senior Manager will join our team from New York focusing on business partnering. You will be integral to the larger people team, and your proactive approach will ensure that we are making the right decisions for our employees. You will work closely with department leaders and management to align HR practices, policies, and workforce strategies while keeping the department's objectives top of mind. The Human Resources Senior Manager's goal will be to enhance overall organizational performance for their specific business areas. The expectation is to further contribute to the overall success of FanDuel by serving as a trusted advisor and data driven problem solver through the involvement of management coaching during various operational business cycles. The ideal candidate is resilient, has a hunger for learning, and has a strong technical skill set!

What we're looking for in our next teammate

The applicable salary range for this position is $125,000- $155,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
