　　As a Human Resources Operations Advisor, you will be a key member of the Ask HR team supporting our North American Client Group. In this role, you will partner with the global HR team, our specialist teams, and business leaders to drive the people component of Capital's business strategy, particularly focusing on leading core HR operational processes and serving as a subject matter expert on various HR topics. You will participate in and/or lead projects aimed at expanding centralization, leverage technology to improve the associate experience, and discover actionable insights and recommend solutions based on inquiry data.

　　You've had previous experience in an HR function where you demonstrate knowledge of HR processes and policies, legal compliance, and best practices.You are consultative and guide associates in resolving complex operational issues or HR questions, considering historical precedent and current solutions and procedures.You can serve as a subject matter expert on Human Resources policies, processes, and tools; partnering with and providing guidance to specialist teams as needed.You are a progressive thinker with a passion for streamlining processes and leveraging relationships to navigate changes.You enjoy working with data and know how to conduct trend analysis with large sets of information. 　　San Antonio Base Salary Range: $58,697-$93,915

　　Orange County Base Salary Range: $71,425-$114,280

　　Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $77,177-$123,483

　　In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
