  Description:

  Supporting Center of Excellence (CoE) department including Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Analytics & Reporting, Performance Management, Reward & Recognition and HR related other tasks by ensuring operational excellence. Supports to execute of yearly OD calendar to ensure all aspects in line with HR strategy. Support HR Manager to implement Reward & Recognition mechanism with all operational details. Works alongside HR Manager to build talent development projects. Support to manage yearly L&D calendar for all employees by dealing with all operational & organizational preparations Support performance development process with all operational preparations and reporting. Supports utilizing the HR system to produce and maintain HR KPI's and data accuracy. Assist to build job descriptions, procedures and organizational charts by following global documents & guidance Collect and analyze internal and external data related to HR analytics and contribute to the development of actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Prepare reports on key metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to organizational development. Conduct research to support the continuous improvement of organizational development strategies. Support projects and processes, assigned by ELC Global, for Turkey affiliate. Perform other related duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

  Qualifications - External

  Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Economics Internship or 1 year of relevant human resources or human resources-related experience in retail, fmcg or banking, preferably in cosmetics (in a similar or related industry) Knowledge of HR practices and principles Knowledge of computer application Excel, Outlook etc. Strong analytical skills; the ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize; problem-solving abilities Acting as a bridge between different functions (business, technical, finance, etc) Creative/innovative thinking The ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time Initiative Self-motivation; High energy level; the ability to work independently An interest in learning and the ability to integrate information to identify the implications of macro trends for the business. Open-mindedness. Actively elicits different points of view and understands different perspectives.
