As a member of the HR team, you will play a critical role in executing key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. This role will require you to be the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide counsel, leadership, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions.

Your role:
Provide HR client support to people leaders and employees in scope of New Nuclear located in these countries and in this regard work closely with the key business leaders and global HR Business partners.Manage and oversee HR activities including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.Establish strong relationships with leaders by providing a strong strategic partnership acting as an advisor and coach in HR matters.Collaborate with labor unions, ensuring adherence to collective agreements and facilitating effective communication between the organization and union representatives.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent workplace.Work closely with the business to support organizational goals and initiatives.Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate development plans.Drive HR accountability in terms of main deliverables re performance management, people reviews, recruitment.Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors.Organize people leader and all employee communications when it comes to important information or training to be communicated across the client group, support workshop facilitation.Support any organizational or change program (workday, org design,..).Contribute and participate in KPI's and activities as part of the Lean journey of the HR organization.Be a culture and engagement champion, foster spirit of collaboration and performance as well as a diverse and inclusive work environment.Act as a role model for safety, ethics and compliance
Basic Skills and Qualifications:
Considerable successful HR experience in a complex environmentUniversity Degree in HR field, or equivalent learning through experience Mastery of key HR processes (recruitment, salary planning cycles, talent management, ...)Solid knowledge of local labour laws and experience working and managing employee representatives' bodiesStrong with processes and data management with experience translating data into action planningProven coaching and influencing capabilitiesFluent in English
