About Human Resources Lead

  This position holder reports into the HR Manager in Europe. The Lead HR will assist the HRM in making sure all local HR compliance is achieved, with the support of offshore teams based in India. First point of contact for a population of the employees in Bulgaria. He/She will actively participate in maintaining a healthy social climate as well as a supportive and effective HR service to local business leaders. Manage day to day workflow and HR processes including preparation of payroll information, benefits enrollment, administrative HR support (maintain employee files and registers, gather HR metrics and prepare reports, etc.), occupational medicine management, and internal customer service to our employees and internal stakeholders, as required. Partner with local leadership and business teams to provide HR solutions and be able to conceptualize, implement and manage the programs at a local level. Conduct all inductions/on-boarding related efforts for new hires, transfers, etc. and follow up on trial period outcomes. Conduct exit interviews for leaving employees. Provide guidance and counsel to managers on HR-related matters. Actively contribute to the development, local implementation and coordination of HR strategies, policies, and operations in partnership with business unit and regional leadership Effectively partner with Central HR Functions such as compensation, recruiting, payroll, organizational effectiveness, etc. Develop and implement appropriate employee engagement and communication programs.

  Required skills and experiences

  Experience in human resource functions in Bulgaria is necessary, ideally in an international IT matrix environment, on topics such as employment, compensation, labor and employee relations, HR compliance and administration.

  3 - 5 years of experience in HR area for Bulgaria.

  Knowledge of Bulgarian employment and labor law, payroll guidelines and other regulations.

  Able to build collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization, including with remote teams and individuals.

  Comfortable in a fast paced, multinational working environment, requiring prioritizing and handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.

  Excellent working knowledge of both Bulgarian and English languages

  Good Communication and Influencing skills.

  Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred, SAP is a plus.
