Come soar with us!We are seeking a Summer Human Resources Intern that can work full time supporting the Digital Technology Human Resources team. This role would primarily be remote with the opportunity to visit on-site where team members are located. This is not an opportunity you want to miss! You will be supporting the Human Resources Partners and report up to the Digital Technology HR Talent Lead focused on strategic talent projects, workforce analytics, DE&I, and employee engagement with exposure to all levels of leadership! This role will give you the full HR experience and a great team to work with!Primary Responsibilities
Assist with high visibility HR projects such as digital careers at Collins initiative, retirement forecasting, and talent reviewsParticipate in DE&I committee led events as a strategic HR partnerAssist with workforce analytics to help drive data-driven solutions that best align to business needsLearn how to use HR systems and tools such as Workday, and Qlik reportingAssist HR Business Partners with leader support Basic Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.Preferred Qualifications

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
