HR Business Partner:
Learn about employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance management
Gain exposure to strategic talent management processes, including succession planning and workforce planning
Analyze survey data and partner with leaders to action feedback and increase team member satisfaction
Assist in the investigation and resolution of employee concerns
Centers of Excellence:
Partner with our centers of excellence on compensation planning, analytics, and process improvement
Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs
Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops
Assist in the creation and enhancement of our leadership development programs
Collaborate with talent acquisition team to identify and engage top talent
Participate in an enterprise project and learn the importance of collaboration, communication, and change management
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong data literacy and analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, as well as social media platforms
Highly resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, with the ability to organize, multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of customer service with the ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company
Highly motivated, self-starter, excellent time management, and strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Availability to work full-time June through August; candidates with part-time availability beginning in April preferred
Ability to travel up to 10% between June and August
Position located at our Colmar, PA headquarters; remote work as needed
Education/Experience:
Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a full-time, academic program at an accredited College or University pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with completion of HR courses
Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
Exposure to HRMS and/or ATS systems helpful
Prior HR internship or related work experience a plus#LIMI1
