Description We are offering an engaging opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager based in Norway, Iowa. As an HR Manager, you will play a vital role in implementing and supporting strategies for enhancing the effectiveness of our team, improving employee engagement, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies, solutions, and programs to improve the productivity, engagement, development, and retention of employees.
• Provide guidance and counsel on workforce planning, organizational structure, talent management, and change management.
• Partner with leaders to boost engagement, tracking progress on engagement initiatives and their results.
• Analyze trends, best practices, and metrics to formulate solutions, programs, and policies.
• Support the Talent Acquisition function for office and management roles, including planning, and the selection processes.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and code of conduct policies, offering advice to management and employees.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through a systematic approach; conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Identify training needs for employees.
• Ensure correct administration for all HR-related policies, procedures, systems, and processes.
• Coach managers and employees in problem-solving, dispute resolution, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance. Requirements • Proficiency in Benefit Functions
