  How will you make an impact?

  The Human Resources - Graduate Leadership Development Program (HR GLDP) provides a fantastic opportunity for high potential advanced degree graduates to develop the skills vital for a career in HR at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

  What will you do?

  Our HR GLDP enables participants to experience multiple rotation assignments over two years to provide a broad experience in different facets of HR while allowing for exposure to our core processes, technologies, and leaders. All HR GLDP rotations are onsite and each rotation is individually designed and determined through a combination of business priorities, previous experience, development needs, and individual interests which allows you to be located at any US Thermo Fisher Scientific location. The HR GLDP rotations expose program participants to diverse functional areas, business units, products/services, and regions. Additional learning opportunities support the accelerated nature of the program and will include: formal learning sessions; an Executive Mentor program; utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology; and a network of Leadership Development Program alumni across the organization. The Program Manager will partner with participants to align on post-program placement and identify positions where graduates will continue to hone critical Human Resource competencies.

  Please Note: The HR GLDP is set to begin July 15, 2024 and individuals are responsible for finalizing housing and transportation prior to program commencement and across each rotation throughout the two (2) year program.

  Compensation & Locations:

  Our HR GLDP offers a starting salary of $88,000 in addition to the following as part of the total compensation:

  Annual Incentive PlanSign-on BonusRelocation Assistance

  Geographic flexibility is required as rotations require relocation and program graduates may be asked to relocate for post-program placement. As a participant in the HR GLDP, individuals will rotate through Thermo Fisher Scientific sites in the following locations:

  Carlsbad, CAPittsburgh, PAWaltham, MA

  How will you get here?

  Graduate student completing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, MBA with a HR concentration, or similar degree with a graduation date between December 2023 and June 2024.1+ years of work experience in Human Resources required.Desire for a career in Human Resources and being a Human Resources Business Partner.Results oriented and strong desire to get involved with day-to-day HR operations of the company.Ability to effectively interact with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.Proven attention to detail and drive towards results.Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and strong executive presence.

  Compensation and Benefits

  The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $83,300.00-$125,000.00.

  This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
