  THE POSITION:

  FanDuel is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in, knowledge of, and experience with providing service in an online media or high-tech organization. We're looking for someone who is a conceptual thinker with the ability to multi-task and move in a fast-paced environment. A winning attitude and a "we are one team" mentality will get you passed home base.

  THE GAME PLAN:

  Provide support and guidance to managers regarding a broad range of complex employee relation inquiries on HR policies and processes, while adopting a pragmatic and business focused approachUnderstand the intricacies of the TV/Production employee population to successfully support the growth and demands of this fast-paced organizationDemonstrate client service focus and ability to build relationships successfullyFoster relationships with lower-level management and employees across different levels, functions, and locationsRespond to human resources-related inquiriesCommunicate with HR team to ensure consistency of policy, practice, and operationsRecommend appropriate actions as it relates to Fan Duel "players / associates" and employee relations within the organizationCoach leaders to proactively identify actions to drive motivation and engagement within teamsProvide and analyze key HR metrics and provide action-oriented solutions to solve challenges facing the businessKeep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practicesRecommend strategies to motivate employeesConduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessaryContribute to an inclusive culture that enables employees to be the best version of themselves

  THE STATS:

  What we're looking for in our next teammate

  BA/BS degree with an emphasis in HR or equivalent preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Generalist, or equivalent preferredExperience working with an on-call workforce and on-air talent population a plusComfortable operating in a matrix and continuously changing environmentStrong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership skillsAbility to adapt to ambiguity in a continuously changing environmentDetail oriented with the ability to maintain professional decorumTechnically savvy with specific experience using: Outlook, PowerPoint & HRISThe ability to travel between regional offices

  The applicable salary range for this position is $64,000 - $88,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

  This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
