  Position Summary:

  The Lead Director HR Business Partner will provide broad scale HR consulting and solutions to senior business leaders, operating as a full member of the senior business leaders' management team. Develop and implement talent strategies required to successfully execute enterprise and client business strategy. Anticipate future organization and talent requirements of client(s) based on business, industry, and market conditions. The Distribution Center HR Lead Director touches all aspects of the HR function and partners with the business leaders to design and deliver on programs that align with and enable the Distribution center and Supply Chain business objectives.

  To be successful in this role you will have the ability to contribute to the overall people strategy the Lead Director HR Distribution Center is specifically responsible to:Data Driven Decision Making: Emphasize the importance of using HR data and analytics to inform decision-making processes within the HR Operations department and foster a culture of data driven decision making, where insights and analytics are regularly reviewed and used to identify trends, challenges and opportunities.HR Metrics and Reporting: Greater emphasis on measuring and reporting HR metrics to evaluate effectiveness of HR Operations. Ability to identify key HR metrics and establish consistent reporting mechanisms to track performance and provide business recommendations to improve metrics.Strategic Workforce Planning: Incorporate workforce analytics into strategic workforce planning with leveraging COE partners to deliver solutions to key pipeline drivers.Collaborate with Leadership: Building people strategies requires close collaboration with senior leadership. The HR Operations Director will engage in strategic conversations with key decision makers to gain insights into the organizations long term vision and priorities. Aligning the overall people strategies to impact bottom line initiatives driven by our operational partners.Identify Key Partners: Ability to identify key partners within the organization who have a significant impact on HR operations. This list could include Senior Leaders inside the organization all the way to external vendors.Collaborative Problem Solving: Actively engage key partners in collaborative problem solving. Involvement of key partners that require input to drive the decision making process. This collaborative approach fosters a sense of ownership and ensure HR Operations are well-integrated into the overall business strategy.Be a Trusted Advisor: The ability to position yourself as a trusted advisor by demonstrating expertise and providing valuable insights on HR matters. Be proactive in offering HR Operations Solutions that address the needs and objectives of the business.Continuous Relationship Development: Investing time and effort in nurturing relationships with key partners. Regularly check in, seek feedback, and provide updates on relevant HR deliverables to maintain strong connections.Change Management: knowledge of change management principles and techniques. This includes understanding the stages of change, communication strategies, and creating a a positive change culture within the organization.Act as an CVS Health Ambassador: through professional behaviors and positive engagement within the enterpriseRequired Qualifications:10+ years of Human Resources experienceProven project management experienceExperience working in a union environmentPreferred Qualifications:SPHR or equivalent professional certificationIntegrated Human Capital systems and processesTalent Management principles, philosophies, best practices and interventions for large-scale organizationsLeadership Development theory and practiceInfluencing without authorityCollaboration across organizational boundaries and hierarchyApply Root Cause Analysis and other diagnostic and problem-solving toolsMotivate and hold accountable team members to deliver on prioritiesEducation:Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $100,000.00 - $227,000.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
