Job Description:
The HR Business Partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management is designated service lines. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Acts as a business partner to site management to ensure HR processes and requirements are completed timely and accurately. Provides advice and consultation to management on HR related issues.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree is required in Human Resources, Business, or similar field. Bachelors degree is preferred in Human Resources Management or Business. One year of experience in Human Resources field in an employee relations position with a high level of complexity and responsibility is required. NYS Drivers License required - VNA only.
