What we need help with:
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with our business objectives. While your focus will be on supporting our Commercial teams, you will be contributing to the development and execution of programs that benefit our global organization.
We have set four people objectives for 2024 that will require excellent project and change management skills to build and execute programs within scope and with high engagement and results. Overall, our 2024 people objectives are centered on maintaining a highly engaged culture through ongoing DEI education and awareness, motivating employees to focus on their career development, and achieving our two company goals through their newly acquired skills and experience.
Proven ability to drive company and employee accountability, along with your curiosity and commitment to excellence are key factors for success in this role.
What you will do:
Strategic HR Planning
Responsible for partnering with business leaders and with employees, at all levels, to deliver proactive and consultative HR solutions to meet strategic business needs, while building and maintaining trust. Experience attending and providing business insights into business team meetings.Employee Relations
Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on employee relation issues while providing tools to enable them to address performance issues directly. Experience handling harassment investigations and other employee related matters required.Professional Development
Understand the dynamics and priorities of assigned functional groups and successfully coach business leaders on policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and an inclusive culture of continuous growth and development.Organizational Development
Assess organizational needs and recommend solutions to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement.
Collaborate on change management initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and employee buy-in.
Talent Management
Assess employee engagement on a proactive, ongoing basis and identify solutions. Experience working with engagement surveys and analyzing the results to provide business insights and strategies to improve future assessments. Strong analytical skills and ability to create presentations to the business on people initiatives is required.
Contribute to professional development opportunities by working on and supporting the development and delivery of value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze and establish HR data and metrics to generate insights, providing data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and support strategic decision-making. Must be self-sufficient to use system reports and analyze data. Strong belief in understanding “why” something is being done and not just competent in completing requested tasks.Administration and Ad Hoc Projects
Provide quality support for HR and L&D projects and assignments that demonstrates great attention to detail and time management ability.Who you are:
Bachelors’ degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
7+ years’ human resources experience in a fast-moving company.
2 years of proven experience as an HRBP supporting a business unit and participating in business meetings and initiatives.
Strong Employee Relations Skills is must.
Experience supporting commercial/customer success/sales teams is preferred.
Proven success in developing and launching companywide people initiatives using a strategic change management approach.
A relationship builder, able to converse confidently with associate level through executive level employees and candidates.
Ability to deliver on commitments in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Detail oriented with the ability to research issues to find the best result.
Proven ability to understand business concepts and apply them to people issues is critical.
Serves as conduit for all areas of the HR department, ensuring ongoing communication and transparency
Ability to think quickly on your feet and handle ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You are able to perform as part of a larger team and work independently to schedule and prioritize your work.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,800 to $118,900. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

Where you will be:
This position is based in our New York headquarters. We work a hybrid work schedule with a current minimum of one teamwide designated day in the office.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, though holidays and weekends may be required.
