Description
Responsible for employee requirements ensuring compliance according to JHACO and CMS standards
Create personnel files and file all Human Resources paperwork in a timely manner and in compliance with chart order
Types memos and letters as well as post and distribute correspondence
Keep all HR boards updated to standard
Prepares and copies New Employee Personnel Packets.
Assists with completion of New Employee personnel paperwork.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data into HRIS system
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as maintains hospital licenses and certifications needed
NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION & TRAINING
Notifies Director of Human Resources of employees failing to complete training despite being notified at the end of each month.
Logs all completed training’s in Human Resources database.
Makes and files copies of training’s in each personnel file.
Assists in ensuring compliance with JCAHO training’s.
Confirming with employees and trainers the time, day and length of their training.
Assists in binding and collecting required personnel paperwork during new employee orientation.
