WHAT YOU'LL DO
As People Analytics Specialist, you'll join the HR department that supports our Consulting employees (Consulting Team, "CT") in Central Europe. The teams are the key point of contact for our consultants on all HR and career-related topics, ranging from operational workforce planning (staffing) to traditional career development. Your role will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights to inform our people strategy, focusing in particular on career development and operational workforce planning.
Your responsibilities will include collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data from various sources, including HRIS and payroll output. You'll support the transformation of complex data sets into clear and actionable insights for career development, recruitment, and retention strategies, prepare and deliver reviews and reports, and participate in presenting findings to responsible teams and our people leadership. You'll also contribute to strategic discussions regarding people pyramid and career development metrics, aid in designing and maintaining user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards, execute personnel controlling and staff planning, and prepare analyses for senior management. Your responsibilities will also include providing support on data-related insights for Career Development Committees (such as evaluator averages to calibrate feedback grades, staff/pyramid planning, attrition, etc.) and conducting the necessary analytics in the process of determining variable compensation for the Consulting Team, including performance metrics analyses and bonus calculations. Finally, you'll answer all ad hoc people data and analytics requests.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
You have excellent written and spoken English language skills.
You hold a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
You have two or more years of relevant experience in HR analytics or a related field.
You're proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and willing to learn data analysis tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
You have strong data analysis and presentation skills.
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of our Talent Teams in Central Europe with 40+ team members, located in Budapest, Düsseldorf, Munich, Prague, Warsaw, and Zurich. Our collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. Through the various interfaces, you'll receive interesting insight into the work of other areas of HR (Recruiting, L&D, Legal, etc.). You'll report to the CE People Analytics Manager, who will provide you with mentorship and support for your professional development.
