DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As an entry-level analyst, you will provide consultative services to agency managers, supervisors, and human resource (HR) liaisons regarding the proper development and maintenance of position descriptions for a variety of positions and job titles. You will have the opportunity to evaluate supervisory reporting relationship change requests to determine appropriateness of proposed supervisory structure, funding, physical work location, and span of control. Effective communication is key as you will be consulting with Bureau of Organization Management staff to address questions or concerns.
