About the Team:
Our Canadian sales team has achieved remarkable success, and we are on the brink of tremendous growth. As we expand our horizons, we're creating a pivotal role for a Human Capital Strategist and Insights Expert who will be at the forefront of shaping our future. In collaboration with our mid-market sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our continued success and establishing a strong market presence. The primary focus is supporting sales teams to add UKG Pro HCM to existing customers and migrate existing HCM customers to the UKG Pro platform in Canada.
About the Role:
This person must have a passion for and expertise in Human Capital Management. You should possess strong leadership skills for driving the go to market strategy within the Canadian team as well as be an expert at developing relationships and establishing confidence at all levels of the organization both internally and externally. This role will be require you to strategize and expand on your knowledge of HR and payroll functions and procedures. As the Human Capital Strategy & Insights Expert, you will to understand the prospects requirements and help build/sell the business case to migrate/add UKG Pro to the prospects UKG Suite.
You will also assist marketing and sales with messaging and positioning UKG HCM in Canada.
Responsibilities:
• Defined long-term goal is to build key customer relationships across Canada
• Network to build opportunities to convey UKG's Point of View
• Facilitate discussions with our customers leading HCM thought leader discussions, and conducting keynotes and Seminars
• Work with field sales to aggressively uncover and create demand for UKG Pro additions and migrations
• Work in the field with the UKG sales teams to qualify, strategize and win UKG Pro sales opportunities
• Lead end to end value consulting engagements that meet both prospects and customer needs.
• Help prospects understand the full value of UKG Pro in their environments
• Attend industry trade conferences and work with key customers on thought leadership pieces/content creation
• Provide HCM, HR and Payroll expertise in the areas of business process design, system utilization and current or emerging trends during the sales pursuit
• Liaison with UKG product/engineering team to ensure feature functionality requirements are meeting market
• Requirements driving the solution upmarket.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years direct experience in the HCM discipline
• Experience consulting at a leadership level in Enterprise organizations
• 3+ years of experience as sales overlay position or partnering with sales teams
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual both English & French
• Technical acumen on cloud infrastructure, security, and SaaS solutions
• Ability to influence at the VP and C-level leadership level within both client and prospect targets
• Subject matter expertise in human resources and payroll
• Ability to excel in a team selling sales environment. Politically astute, team player with the ability to work the sales process internally as well as externally
• Experience working with key stakeholders, influencing, and impacting the decision-making process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and public speaking
• Ability to work collaboratively in a large matrix team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication capabilities in both French and English along with strong presentation and problem-solving skills
