Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Certification in Human Capital Management (HCM) and one of the following modules: Reporting, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, or Absence Management.
2 years of experience in workday implementation and system configuration.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in Global HR and Payroll (e.g., HCM administration).
Experience in SaaS HR system configuration.
Ability to work across geographies and different regulatory environments.
Ability to analyze and understand complex problems and their resulting dependencies.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Oversee quality and efficiency of Application Managed Services vendor teams providing consulting and professional services for workday. Monitor work assignment, delivery, utilization, and best practices across our two vendor teams. Drive vendor teams to ensure continuous alignment to industry best practices for third-party adoption regarding workday.
