Are you a relationship-oriented person with experience from implementing training programs in matrixed organizations, managing a team of training leaders and truly enjoy the task of developing employees and organizational performance?
Hub Training and Development lead is a new role with strong mandates and full support from top management. This in an opportunity to set a stabile ground with leadership trainings and on boarding and be the main driver in training management systems and large-scale training programs.
You will be required to travel within Europe up to 25% in this role.
Your responsibilities
Set strategies, manage training and develop programs within our Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) systemObtain and/or produce effective training materials utilizing Adult Learning methodologies and develop Trainer capabilities to deliver effective trainingManage training, development and on-boarding programs for leaders and manufacturing workforce across Hub Factories and Service centers.Collaborate with functions across the organization, e.g. Hub leadership team, operations managers, HR Business Partners and support functions to identify training and development structureDevelop and define KPIs to measure effectiveness of training and development strategies and processes.Build organizational capability, drive accountability, and increase employee engagement through ITM system implementation.
Your background
Bachelor's degree with some years of experience in training program design, learning and development and/or operations/quality leadership Experience in leadership with ability to drive continuous process improvements and connect solutions to business needs. Practicing remote leadership is a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines, lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills for collaboratively work across all levels of the organizationFluent in Swedish and EnglishExperience with trainings for blue collars/direct employees is a plus.
